Splendor - set in stone

Siem Reap, Cambodia.

Highlights: Angkor Wat at Sunrise which transports you back an era, heart wrenching visit to the Killing fields in Phnom Penh which makes you think very hard about humanity and can't help but feel really sorry for the people of Cambodia, and the delicious local food (Amok curry).

Light and Shade

Penang, Malaysia

Highlights: Street art in Georgetown, pretty little cafes serving Penang whitecoffee and fresh coconut icecream, and some amazing street food.

Eruption

Krakatoa, Indonesia.

Highlights: Mountains emerging out of nowhere in the ocean, hiking up the ethereal landscape to these views.

My favourite moment from Bali, Indonesia.

Highlights in Bali: Sunrise over the Indian Ocean, serene morning jogs and yoga at the beach, traditional Balinese massage and the most amazing local food.
